- How much is the rent per week?
- Does the rent include bills?
- Do I have to pay a bond? How much is it?
- How many people live in the house?
- What are their nationalities?
- What's the address?
- How far is it from the city centre?
- How long does it take to walk or ride to the city?
- Can I come and have a look at the room?
- What day/time should I come?
- What's the address and phone number?
